Testing and maintenance according to ASR A1.7:
The test is prescribed by law and must therefore be carried out at least once a year. The maintenance prescribed by the manufacturer has a decisive influence on the operability, service life and safety of a door system.
That is why we carry out a full service on every gate and door system. By this we mean the combination of testing and maintenance.

For privately used gate systems this rule does not apply, but we strongly recommend one Check every two years at the latest to ensure functionality and avoid more expensive consequential damage.
Clamping force measurement
Closing force measurement in accordance with ASR A1.7: Closing force measurements are to be carried out when the new workplace regulations (ASR A1.7) come into force during the annual maintenance of power-operated doors.
Round exceeds every 4th goal in Germany thereby the permissible closing forces.
However, 75 percent of all door systems can be operated safely again with little effort as part of normal annual maintenance.
Every time your door system is serviced / checked, we therefore automatically measure the closing force to ensure that your door system is switched off safely in an emergency.
